Order Cancellations
- Cancellations Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at indiakart.co@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. If the order is canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, cancellations will not be possible. In such cases, you can wait to receive the product and initiate a return request as per our Return & Refund Policy.
How to Cancel an Order
- To cancel an order, please email us at indiakart.co@gmail.com with your order details, including the order number and reason for cancellation.
- If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, a refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Cancellable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is placed, including:
- Custom or personalized items
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Late Cancellations
